We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  1. Non-returnable Items
  • Opened consumable items (such as oils or cartridges) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
  1. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  1. Exchanges
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged.
  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
