Refunds and ReturnsWe want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Return Period
- Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items
- Opened consumable items (such as oils or cartridges) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
- Refund Process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
